Applying starts with a $50.00 screening fee for each adult who will be on the lease. It covers the credit and background check, and it's non-refundable — including if the application isn't approved. Anyone living in the home who won't be on the lease is listed on the application and pays nothing.
Each leaseholder is screened separately. Occupants who won't sign the lease don't pay.
Paid on Stripe's secure page by card, Apple Pay, or Link — we never see your card details. You'll go to the application right after.
